Most Courts in Georgia require mediation in all cases. Our firm is experienced in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, Rachel is a Georgia trained mediator and serves as a Court appointed late case evaluator for the Judges in Fulton County.  Our advanced skills in negotiation and dispute resolution provide our clients an advantage in resolving cases outside of the Courtroom.
